If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may mail it back to us with the original sale receipt, within 7 days of purchase. Please note, defective or damaged merchandise can only be returned if it’s unworn and is has all the tags attached. You will be refunded the full purchase price not included shipping and insurance and minus 10% restocking fee once received by Euro Shoes Emporium. Shipping costs will be at the customers expense. Euro Shoes Emporium will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged return packages.
To return merchandise to Euro Shoes Emporium:
- Print return label.
- Box up the item with all original packing. Item(s) must be returned in the original brand box.

REFUND PROCESS AND TIMEFRAMERefunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns. Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation. Refunds will be given in the original form of payment. Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.
NOTE: For your protection, we suggest sending your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method. Shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping charges must be paid by customer. Euro Shoes Emporium is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse.
